Kim Schlossberg has been helping people look
good and achieve powerful results for over
20 years. The combination of Kim's creativity,
fresh viewpoint, and strategic thinking helps
clients communicate their message clearly
and distinctly. She integrates graphic design,
compelling writing, and functional Web development
to help clients communicate their strongest
message to the right audience. Kim designs
sites, corporate identity, and marketing communications
materials for businesses of all sizes in a
variety of industries and for nonprofit organizations.
For
ten years Kim led Arthur Andersen's proposal
team, most recently as a marketing manager
for a $300 million regional practice. In that
position, she hired, trained and managed a
staff of up to ten people who wrote, edited,
designed and produced proposals, oral presentations,
presentation boards and other marketing collateral
materials. Her team focused on crafting selling
messages consistent with the firm's positioning
and the target audience's needs. She streamlined
departmental processes for efficiency, consistency
of message, and cost-effectiveness. She created
guidelines, tools and templates for both marketing
department and practice personnel to easily
and consistently follow brand standards.
Kim
designed and developed content for Arthur
Andersen's Dallas/Fort Worth office site,
and served as local office Webmaster. She
coordinated content and production for all
local office Websites worldwide to create
a consistent presence that adhered to firm
wide brand standards. Kim managed Andersen's
brand launch for the region, which included
internal events, collateral distribution and
communications. She worked with practice and
marketing personnel to consolidate communication
efforts and create a consistent, integrated
brand presence across all channels.
Kim
is active on the Marketing/PR Committee of
NAWBO D/FW and the Communications Committee
of American Marketing Association Dallas/Fort
Worth Chapter, providing her talents in design,
writing and project management to both organizations.
In addition, Kim has provided graphic design
for the Arthritis Foundation and the Dallas
Symphony Innovators. Her community service
has included volunteer work for Girls, Inc.
and The Family Place.
