Jodi Hodak, ABC

Jodi is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) with more than 15 years of business communication experience. She is passionate about developing compelling, targeted text and innovative communication solutions for companies of all sizes. After serving in several corporate communication positions, she became an independent business writer and communications consultant in 1999. Her account experience includes working with Texas Instruments, JCPenney, Countrywide Mortgage, LandSafe, Inc., Southwest Airlines, FelCor Lodging Trust, Aviall, Inc. and others.

In addition to winning many communication awards, Jodi is the Dallas/IABC 2002 Communicator of the Year and a recipient of the chapter’s prestigious President’s award. She has served in numerous Dallas/IABC board positions and is currently working as the chapter’s Director of Communications. Jodi also holds a position on the Public Relations and Marketing Committee for the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Jodi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Writing from California State University at Northridge, graduating Cum Laude as a merit scholarship recipient.
